Early membership renewal begins May 1st and is valid until May 31st of the following year.
Memberships purchased prior to May 1st of any year are only valid until June 1st of that year.
Memberships purchased after June 1st are valid until May 31st of the following year.
Membership dues are non-refundable.
As a 501c6, dues may not be deducted as charitable deduction but may be deducted as a business expense per IRS. Please consult with your tax accountant.
Associate
$45/Year
Individual working in a veterinary practice that has not graduated from an AVMA accredited Veterinary Technology program or someone that has graduated from an AVMA accredited Veterinary Technology program but has not yet passed board exams to become a credentialed veterinary technician. Associate members may not vote or hold a board position.
Full
$35/Year
Individual that is registered, certified, or licensed and is a graduate of an AVMA accredited Veterinary Technology program.
Student
Free/Year
Individual that is currently enrolled as a student in a Veterinary Technology program that is AVMA accredited or that has applied for AVMA accreditation. Student members may not vote or hold a board position.
Program Director
Free/Year
Individual that is currently employed as a program director for an AVMA accredited Veterinary Technology program. Program Director members may not vote or hold a board position.
